Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods & Rates We offer the following shipping options within South Africa & Internationally:
- Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): R150
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over R500
Delivery Areas We currently ship to all major cities and towns across South Africa as well as Internationally. Remote areas may require additional delivery time.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status.
